Glen has over fifteen years of developing and implementing non-landfill alternatives to municipal, commercial, and industrial solid municipal waste in both Germany and North America. His initial introduction in solid waste came from a 12-year engineering position at the Mechanical Biological Waste Treatment plant (MBT )in Ringsheim, Germany. This site accepted 100,000 annual tons of MSW at the plant and converted it into Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) as well as clean Biogas with high methane content (consistently 71%). Both RDF and Biogas went to various industries as alternative fuel sources.
The MBT technology was refined by the ZAK (Zweckverband Abfallbehandlung Kahlenberg) and marketed as MYT® (Maximum Yield Technology) and has been successfully designed and placed into multiple operation locations in France, China, and Vietnam. Glen returned to the USA in 2020 and founded InnoWaCon, LLC (Innovative Waste Conversion Technologies) to market groundbreaking and innovative waste conversion technologies in North America, including MYT® and several other waste circularity systems.
His education includes a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston.
