Supplies development leadership for the remediation programs. This includes management and coordination of Electrocoagulation based wastewater treatment, PFAS destruction, indirect potable water projects, and various landfill technology and delivery remediation. Responsible for operating partnerships with private and government departments, off takers, development partners, public entities and equity – debt interests related to the project delivery. His role includes developing and managing key support functions for legal, accounting, public outreach, design build commission and operations. Kurt also represents the Company at various business and outreach functions and interface with the project co-developer and other project partners.

Sustainable goals and circularity have driven Greg’s career. Starting in 1982 he managed a conversion plant which transformed used plastic car battery’s casings into useful Polypropylene.
He was at the forefront in the LED lighting movement which led to many Municipal, Theater, and outdoor lighting projects in New Jersey.

Starting in 1985 he developed his R & D, engineering, manufacturing and applications company to solve multiple wastewater problems with clients including Samsung, Intel, Hydro, Oklahoma, the US Government and others.

Advanced into various sustainability applications. Energy saving in schools and commercial buildings through Infinite R phase change panels, cogeneration projects for senior care and hotels, and wastewater treatments for coal fired electric plants, food processors, a Superfund site, breweries, renewable energy RNG plants, and wastewater treatment plants meeting discharge requirements or reclaimed indirect potable supplies.
2002-2010
Developed collaborative Design Build applications for buildings, concrete and light gauge steel sub-system construction and techniques which reduced costs up to 20% over traditional design bid build. Met LEED criteria for waste reduction, transportation, recycled materials, and innovative design.
Design Assist & Design Build delivery responsibilities and roles for hotels, senior care, and commercial projects with costs up to $100,000,000/project. WinWerks and Associates assembled site specific design build teams and also provided various project executive, project manager, superintendent, and pre-construction manager roles.
