Supplies development leadership for the remediation programs. This includes management and coordination of Electrocoagulation based wastewater treatment, PFAS destruction, indirect potable water projects, and various landfill technology and delivery remediation. Responsible for operating partnerships with private and government departments, off takers, development partners, public entities, and equity – debt interests related to the project delivery. His role includes developing and managing key support functions for legal, accounting, public outreach, design build commission and operations. Kurt also represents the Company at various business and outreach functions and interface with the project co-developer and other project partners.
Kurt is a third-generation builder and developer with more than 35 years’ experience. He held senior roles with Koll Construction and Turner (the nation’s 17th -and 1st -largest builders, respectively) developing and executing alternative delivery solutions for several billion dollars’ worth of projects. Projects included site infrastructure development, wastewater, high-rise residential, biotech facilities with GMP FDA-certified piping, and hospitals.
During 22 years as president of WinWerks IPD he created design-build programs for third-party clients, taught design-build classes for San Diego Metro Water, and consulted on plug-flow and CSTR anaerobic digester plants, wastewater treatment and reuse / discharge and various leachate and PFAS destruction projects. He has worked with Powell Water Systems on turnkey design-build electrocoagulation wastewater treatment programs, including BioCarbN, the Boise BioGas Anaerobic Digester Plant, and other coal, industrial, and municipal wastewater applications/ solutions.
