Jack Goodman has overall responsibility for the company’s Equity and Debt fundraising. He and WinWerks staff will help with budgeting, capex and opex modeling, and project financing options. Jack also participates in project entitlements and supplier and partnership arrangements. We anticipate funding turnkey design build projects from $2M and up and prepared for funding partnership programs to several hundred million dollars.

Jack has over 40 years of experience, including 20 years at Bank of America and in 2003 created Bridgeway Capital Advisors. He has concentrated on medium to large scale equipment and infrastructure project development across the water, energy, and industrial infrastructure space. Notable projects include Treated Water for a joint venture created to provide off-balance sheet financing to pre-treat water for industrial use. The JV was between Nalco and U.S. Filter and grew to about $600 million. Dow Chemical required s $ 200 million project financing for a chemical processing plant and Bayer was provided funding for its $85 million concentrated nitric acid plant. Offshore he arranged a $5 million energy efficiency and solar installation for the Dominican University.
